Initially when I tried etisalat while in Abu Dhabi, it was smooth as butter. Since I moved to Dubai and trying to pay my eLife bill as well recharge my mobile number, it’s a constant struggle even to login. I know my password but when I login with it, something always gone wrong on their side and I HAVE TO TRY AGAIN. If I’m lucky to login, then either my mobile number or eLife account will show not both together. If I try to make payment before due date the payment gateway always gives error and if I make it after due date (with late fee) then payment goes through without a hitch. I’m really struggling with Etisalat bill payment service. I tried to setup autopay from app, guess what again error. I’m seriously thinking of switching over to Du even if I’ve to pay early termination fee with Etisalat.

Etisalat, a leading UAE service provider, seems to be experiencing declining service quality. As an eLife customer since 2018, I renewed my contract once. However, I haven't renewed it since and have been using the service on a month-to-month basis. Here's the issue: When I was under a contract, my internet speed was 500 Mbps without any issues. Strangely, after the contract ended, my speed increased to 750 Mbps (Free). Despite this increase in Number, the actual internet speed and quality has noticeably decreased. I've filed several complaints about this issue. Etisalat promises a free technician visit if the problem originates from their end. However, the technicians who visit perform no repairs and still charge a fee (150 AED + VAT). Now, they refuse to send a technician, claiming my router is outdated and needs replacement. This doesn't make sense; my router has a capacity of 1 Gbps + 5G. Why should I change it when the internet speed isn't even reaching the current router's capacity? Etisalat's service seems to deteriorate significantly for customers without commitment plans. It feels like they exploit the lack of alternative options. I'm quite disappointed with their service.

No transparency, I would like to show how Etisalat deals with its customers in an unclear way through the sales team, which offers pink offers and free devices while hiding the negatives between the lines. I am a customer with Etisalat from 2007 and now when you decide to travel tell me that the last update was 2018 And I have to pay a fine of more than 2500 dirhams for not passing 24 months, knowing that I no longer work and I want to leave the country, and this was considered a method of rotation to withdraw the customer to accept any update to begin calculating 24 months new and impose arbitrary fines on customers who did not Pay attention to these methods, a forbidden way to earn money and involve the client yen.
لا شفافية ، أود أن أبين كيف اتصالات تتعامل مع عملائها بصورة غير واضحة عن طريق فريق المبيعات الذي يقدم العروض الوردية و الاجهزة المجانية في حين يخفون السلبيات ما بين السطور ، انا عميل مع اتصالات من ٢٠٠٧ و الان عندما قررت السفر اخبروني ان اخر تحديث كان ٢٠١٨ و واجب ادفع غرامة اكثر من ٢٥٠٠ درهم لعدم مرور ٢٤ شهر ،علما اني لم اعد اعمل و اريد ان اغادر الدولة، و اعتبر هذا اسلوب لف و دوران لسحب العميل للقبول باي تحديث لكي يبدؤون بحساب ٢٤ شهر جديدة و يكيلون الغرامات التعسفية على العملاء الذين لم ينتبهو على هذه الاساليب، طريق غير مبرر لكسب المال و توريط المتعاملين
